I don’t know about the story as a whole since I could barely get through the first chapter, but the humor felt super forced and unnatural. Not to mention it felt weirdly paced and too short

Ch.18:
Ok.
This webton is about the girl valeri… , no, valnie, … i call her val an she wants to get into a college. But on the way to the entrance interview she accidentally runs into a woman killing a demondog. Val gets captured, transported into a fantasy world and for some reason she has to win a swordfight in order to attend a knight-academy instead of being locked up for the rest of her life. Of course plot armor and teeny girl charme overcome this obstacle, despite never having held a sword before and so val’s life in the fabulous elite circle of the most talented students in the academy begins.

The art is a high quality webtoon art that looks similar, but lacks the overly detailed clothes of romance webtoons. Other than that it looks great in all panels. Furthermore the movements are rather fluid compared to webtoons with similar artstyles.

The characters are all a bit immature. A high ranking kingdom official makes too many tasteless jokes, or our teenage girl mc acts as easily offended and starts using foul words as your usual puberting teenage highschool girl. I mean it’s realistic, but stil not according to everyones taste. Of course all characters are handsome and val has many choices when finding a love interest… romance will be definitely a big headline in future chapters…

2 up it sum, this is a teenage comedy fantasy action webtoon with the main target audience being girls. Even as a male individual I had some fun reading this, but alone today I read 2 better stories (imo) so….
Art great, characters a bit immature and a nice, story is teeny girl stuff aka winx club or witch. Give it a try if you feel like this is sth for you.

Telegraphed story. But I’ve seen worse. More read it because i hate the country she’s in. I hope everyone dies, but you might not hate the side characters as much as I do.

I’ve been trying to figure out why I hate this story and I got it. I don’t hate it. I am ENRAGED by it. This is a bit of a spoiler, but it happens early so it’s not a huge one.

The MC gets kidnapped by the government of the other world. Apparently they can wander back and forth between earth and the other world. Okay. Fine. We then learn that IT IS STANDARD PRACTICE TO HILL HUMANS WHO WITNESS DEMONS, for no other reason than because the other world wants to hide their existence.

Now, I did the math, I think they’ve been visiting our world for maybe… 300 years or so. But at LEAST 20. Assuming that they needed to kill one human a year (More likely at least 10 given the number of demons in an outbreak) , we can assume the number of humans killed because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time is at least 20, and somewhere around 3000 on the high side.

Even if they only killed at least one other human, and they admitted as such, they still committed state sanctioned MURDER. I’m sorry, but the government of that world has crossed the moral event horizon for me. What pisses me off is that these off camera murders will NEVER be addressed and the victims’ families will never learn the truth.

In the end, the MC is destined to JOIN THE CONSPIRACY. I cannot forgive the government of the other world, and I cannot stand the fact the MC will eventually break down, fall in love with the asshole prince, and become the queen, or some shit, and this “issue” will be ignored and just swept under the rug. G’damnit author, Why’d you have to take an Okay story and make it so I just want the demon lord to win and murder everyone?
